snow day

Woke up to snow... for me it was a lot, Chi begged to differ.  All I know is that in Seattle, the city would have shut down.  In fact, it is still snowing.  I am trying to get up the courage to go driving in it.  Riley doesn't like it either, he tries to
bite the snowflakes.  It's rather amusing.

Chi had a good first day.  He has "information overload" but seems to like it so far.  He was supposed to go to Helsinki in like a week, but that got canceled. He will probably go to Costa Rica Dec 8.  What a horrible life.  I am glad he finally feels as if his work will be appreciated.

I am feeling very pregnant.  Not having such a great day today.  I haven't been sleeping well, so I feel like a very sleep deprived person with a basketball in my shirt.  Breathing is getting harder and the heartburn is enough to commit homicide.  Other than that, I am GREAT.  I have to schedule another 3 hour Glucose Tolerance Test at the hospital to check my sugar levels again.  I was borderline Gestational Diabetic, and they want to repeat the test now that I am in  my 30th week.  I seem to have the appetite of an NFL football player lately and I am really trying to watch myself.  I have only gained 14 lbs so far and want to keep the gain to the minimum.

The house is coming along.  We set up the basement as a guest bedroom, seems to be cozy enough. Chi said he is going to move in there after Addison is born... I don't think so...

Off to take Riley for a long walk to exercise him and me...cheers to Tuesday.
